In a warm letter to Baruch Tenembaum, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Petr Necas, gladly accepted the invitation to become Honorary Member of the Foundation.
In his letter, the Prime Minister stressed: “I strongly believe in the message of Raoul Wallenberg and many others, whose selfless deeds should never be forgotten. The world is still full of injustice, danger and persecutions of innocents and I hope that the heroes of World War II will serve as an example for anyone who can help those in need today and in the future.”
